Preferred records and testing
Every infusion treatment begins with a referral from your provider. To prepare for your first visit, we ask that recent clinic notes, relevant lab results, imaging studies, and a complete medication list be included. Having these records allows our team to review your case, confirm insurance requirements, and create a safe, efficient treatment plan before your first appointment.
We will check if a prior authorization is required and get your Out of Pocket Cost
Before starting treatment, our team verifies insurance benefits to make the process as smooth as possible. We will check if a prior authorization is required and handle that process on your behalf. We also calculate your estimated out-of-pocket cost so you know what to expect before your first infusion.
We will see if you are eligible to receive co-pay assistance
We understand that infusion medications can be costly. As part of our intake process, we review whether you may qualify for co-pay assistance programs. These programs, often offered through manufacturers or foundations, can significantly reduce your out-of-pocket expenses.
Our team will walk you through the application process and help coordinate any paperwork needed so you can focus on your care.
